Representing Caimeiju during the interview was the new Director of International Marketing/Asia for Sotheby's International Realty, Angela Wong. Trilingual in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Angela’s devout overseas and local clients praise her loyal character and integrity.

During the course of the interview, Angela answered several questions about how the prices of homes in the U.S. compare to those in top tier cities in China. According to Angela, due to the tightening of the Chinese Bank lending system and the government trying to 'cool' down the real estate bubble in China, many Chinese went overseas like America, Canada and Australia real estate.

Assisting in market research for Angela was New York City's top Chinese agent, Eileen Hsu. Eileen works in Manhattan New York city Real Estate and specializes in Asia + Europe investors.  She is the Vice President of prestigious Manhattan Real Estate firm Prudential Douglas Elliman and ranked in the Top 2% of Sales Professional in the United States Prudential Real Estate Network.
