什么是赔本出售（Short sale）？

目前在美国加州的房地产市场上“赔本出售屋”处处可见，大约超过了上市屋的一半，而无论是买主或是经纪人，只要一遇到赔本出售屋就有些无可奈何。

This Guest Bedroom has doors opening out onto the Fountain Courtyard and has beautiful views of the Wall Fountain and Hillside Garden. The paint and wall covering are Farrow and Ball from the U.K. and the luxurious wool carpeting is from Stark. The en suite bathroom has an enormous glass shower, calcutta marble, Dornbracht bath fixtures, Robern cabinets and heated towel rack.
