In this case, Caimieju utilized a series of Chinese language banner ads directing visitors to the property description page. The description page not only has the standard property information ( translated into Chinese ) but also hyperlinks to all of the necessary forms needed to register for the auction.

To compliment the Caimeiju site promotion, we also implemented the use of our very popular Chinese Real Estate social media pages, Soufun, Sina, and Sohu. Using these pages is quite similar to how we would use a business Facebook page here to promote services.  A screenshot below show what a Soufun page looks like:
