During the course of Joyce’s two-week trip she met with some of the finest bankers and attorneys in China. She held a large press conference in Beijing and hosted a gallery reception at Yuanfen New Media Art Space where she presented a 3D virtual experience of her $125M listing Fleur de Lys as well as a selection of her other available listings which can be viewed on Caimeiju. She dined with investors and architects whom have a large presence in China as well as was interviewed by Robb Report and The Discerning Lifestyles publications. Additionally, she had dinner at the home of one of China’s largest TV personalities. Lastly, Joyce spoke to 70 agents at the Coldwell Banker office in Shanghai and celebrated the opened of Coldwell Bankers new corporate offices.

Fleur de Lys is one of the most if not the most expensive properties in the United States according to several publications such as Forbes and Business Week.

Joyce and the activities of her trip were also noted in an article by The People's Daily called titled Chinese Home Buyers Heading Overseas.

"According to Real Capital Analytics, China-based companies have invested $62.6 million in the US real estate market this year. The figure does not include US-based Chinese companies or other intermediaries. Statistics from the US National Association of Realtors also show that investors from China are the most likely foreign investors to purchase US properties valued at $1 million and more." - People's Daily
